There are many different types of facial cleansing products like cleansing powder, cleansing mousse and non rinse cleansing water, etc. Cleansing milk is one of the various types. When the skin care product companies sell their products on many different functions like whitening, moisturizing and nourishing, you may not expect the strong functional effect. As the cleanser will not stay on your face for a long time, the effect is going to be minimized.

When choose the right cleansing milk, you may consider the different powers including cleansing, moisturizing and foaming power as well as mildness. General speaking, the stronger the foam power is the product, the weaker the moisturizing power is the product. Besides, the strong foaming power usually implies the higher activated ingredients amount. These activated ingredients affect the fat tissue layer in epidermis and cause irritation and dryness to skin.

The most common additional functions to cleaning milk are whitening and exfoliating functions. The skin care companies usually adds BHA or Tartaric Acid (a type of AHA) to achieve these two functions. It is nice that the BHA and Tartaric Acid can soften and remove the dead skin on face, but it is not really nice that such ingredients can also cause irritation and allergy to skin. There is no problem with changing cleansing milk. The problem lies with the frequency of change. If you change the cleansing milk too often like once a week, you may find your skin fail to adapt to the different cleansing milk. Different cleansing milks differ in acidity or alkalinity, skin takes time to adjust and adapt to different acidity or alkalinity. It is better to switch brand when you have finished using the existing cleansing milk.

The proper temperature for cleansing face is also important. Cold water shrinks the pores. Hot water can enlarge the pores for cleansing but can be irritating. The best is lukewarm water. It is better to use soft water instead of hard water. Cleanse your face not more than one and a half minute. This can minimize the effect of irritation by the activated ingredients in the cleansing milk.

1. Be Prepared for Your Activities: If you are going to place sports than it is good to wear clothes that protect the vulnerable parts of your body to help fend off injury, especially bruising. The same goes for people who bruise easily no matter what they do. Try to wear clothes that protect the skin, especially the knees and elbows.

2. Take Supplements: Vitamin supplements can help to strengthen the body. Some of them are specific to your blood, veins and skin. Vitamin K specifically targets bruising. It also doesn’t hurt to take a multi-vitamin so that your entire body is affected and strengthened.

3. Watch What You Eat: As mentioned previously, what goes into your body is what keeps it powerful. There are specific foods that help to prevent bruising. Foods high in bioflavonoids like citrus fruit is one group. Other foods such as broccoli, cherries, apricots and cantaloupe are known to help. Another things that helps, is a nice cup of green tea on a daily basis.

4. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation: This is the most popular mantra in the sports world. It is an old rule of the game when it comes to helping to prevent bruising and to alleviate any injuries. It is spelled out for you. You sit down to rest, put ice on the area, lightly press down with the ice and keep the area higher than the rest of the body so blood doesn’t pool in the area and make it worse.

5. Use Topicals: Topicals are ointments and creams that you can put on the exterior of the body to help heal. There are a few over the counter topicals that can help to inhibit bruising. You could also use things in your kitchen like parsley. You can cut up a hand full of parsley and make it into a mush. Then place it on the effected spot and leave it for 30 minutes or so. Repeat the action if needed.

6. Watch Your Doses: Certain medications can thin your blood. Check with your doctor to see if your medications can cause the problem and then play with the doses. One such medicine is Aspirin, which many people take on a daily basis. If you notice a problem, consider how much you are taking.
